Because of our schedule here in the office and a desire to keep our products from spending the weekend in a warehouse or on a truck, as a general rule we ship Monday through Thursday and work to get all orders out within one to two days of receiving the order. Although we do understand the need for those last minutes deliveries (forgot your Mother-in-law’s birthday), we are happy to offer Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Select, and Ground shipping through UPS as well as similar services from the US Postal Service.

West Coast (includes NV, UT, AZ, CO, WY, ID, MT) | 2 to 4 Business Days |

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
