At Oregon Growers, we want our customers to experience the great flavors of the Pacific Northwest through our farm direct specialty foods. We ensure the use of high quality, locally grown, seasonal produce straight from family farms. We work hard to continue that level of quality and care to make sure your favorite Oregon Growers products arrive safely to your kitchen. Once your order has arrived, here are a few ways to keep the integrity of our products:
- Always refrigerate our products once opened
- Never leave a jar of our products in a hot car, or in direct sunlight.
- Never shake our jams or fruit butters before enjoying – this will ruin the delicate set.
However, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our products, please contact us and we will be happy to exchange or issue a refund for the product. Please contact us at 541-386-5600 or at email@example.com.
Because of our schedule here in the office and a desire to keep our products from spending the weekend in a warehouse or on a truck, as a general rule we ship Monday through Thursday and work to get all orders out within one to two days of receiving the order. However, we understand the need for last minute deliveries (forgot your mother-in-law’s birthday, you can’t sleep until you get more Strawberry Pinot Noir Fruit Spread, etc.) in light of these and many other emergencies, we are happy to offer Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select through UPS.
