    Patriotic Summer Popsicles

    The Patriotic Summer Popsicle is red, white, and blue. Prepared with strawberries, Tahini, and Oregon Growers Huckleberry Jam.

    Get festive with these Creamy, fruity, Patriotic Popsicles! Fresh strawberries, Tahini and Huckleberry Jam for the win!

    SERVING: 6 standard-size popsicles

    Ingredients:

    • 2 cups fresh strawberries
    • 1 cup @soomfoods Tahini
    • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
    • 1 cup @oregongrowers Huckleberry Jam

    Preparation:

    1. Cut tops off strawberries and purée in a food processor or blender.
    2. Whisk tahini and coconut milk together in a medium bowl. -Set out your popsicle molds and pour in strawberry purée, tahini/coconut mix, and huckleberry Jam in that order.
    3. Freeze, unmold, and enjoy on a hot Summer day!
